Throughout the year, we have celebrated teachers and employees of the month, all of whom go above-and-beyond for their campus and our students. From September - March, campus administration celebrated one classroom teacher and one non-classroom employee at their campus. All of these individuals were then eligible to be the Campus Teacher/Employee of the Year. Earlier this month, all campus staff were asked to vote for their campus teacher and employee of the year. The staff members with the most votes from their peers were paid a surprise visit from Dr. Stewart on Wednesday, April 24,  to make the announcement.

The 2024 Elementary Teacher, Secondary Teacher, and Employee of the Year will be announced at the GISD End-of-Year Staff Celebration on May 31.
